Senior HR Business Partner

The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused HR Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in supporting leaders, managers and employees across the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with the business, providing trusted advice and coaching, and making a genuine difference to organisational performance, culture and employee experience. You will act as a trusted people expert, partnering with managers and business leaders to understand their challenges, provide pragmatic HR advice and develop solutions that support both people and business objectives. You will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of HR activities, including employee relations, performance management, talent, workforce planning, organisational change, reward and wider people initiatives. What You Will Be Doing You will work closely with business leaders, managers and key stakeholders to build organisational and people capability, helping to shape and implement effective and consistent people strategies and activities. A key part of the role will be providing strategic and expert HR advice, while also coaching and supporting managers to develop their own people capability.
