Job Title: Temporary 6 months Senior HR Business Partner / HR Project Partner Location: Crawley, hybrid (2-3 days office), free parking Salary: Permanent salary 70k - 90k Hours: Full time, flexible hoursAbout the Role:A six-month HR Project assignment with defined work ready to start. You''ll support Finance and IT restructures, taking organisational design through to implementation and working directly with business leaders to make the changes workable.Why this roleThe work combines senior HR business partnering with hands-on change delivery.
