The Role To manage the HR Advisory service for the Local Authority''s Maintained Schools in providing an appropriate support delivery service, holding operational and strategic relationships with Head Teachers, School Business Managers and Chairs of Governors. To support the HR Business Lead in developing the strategic view for the Directorate and/or Nottingham Schools Trust/Traded service offer. Responsibilities: Take a lead role in supporting school leaders with designated teams to manage the employee lifecycle as part of the HR Advisory package.
