Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for an opportunity to lead, influence and shape organisational transformation? On behalf of our client, The Bukola Group are seeking an experienced Senior People Business Partner to lead a team of HR Business Partners while partnering with senior leaders across a complex, values-led organisation. This is a strategic leadership role, combining operational excellence with organisational development, change management and employee relations expertise. Working closely with the senior People leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the people strategy, embedding best practice and driving continuous improvement across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead, develop and coach a team of People Business Partners, ensuring a high-quality and consistent HR partnering service. Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with organisational priorities, business objectives and transformation programmes. Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring commercially sound and legally compliant outcomes. Evaluate and continuously improve the HR Business Partnering model, establishing meaningful KPIs and performance measures. Use workforce data and people analytics to identify trends, inform strategic decision-making and measure organisational impact.
