Your new companyOur client is an established organisation operating within the infrastructure sector across the UK and Ireland. Working in a complex, project-led environment, the business is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to help shape and deliver its people agenda. Your new roleAs Senior HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders to align people''s plans with business priorities, support organisational change and strengthen employee engagement, performance and organisational effectiveness. This is a hybrid role requiring travel to business and project locations across the UK and Ireland. Key responsibilities will include: Partnering with senior leaders on people strategy, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and organisational development. Leading the people aspects of change initiatives, ensuring they are delivered effectively, fairly and sensitively. Acting as a trusted adviser on complex employee relations, investigations, grievances, disciplinary matters and performance management. Coaching and challenging managers and senior stakeholders, providing clear, commercially focused and legally compliant HR guidance. Working with Learning and Development to identify skills gaps, strengthen leadership capability and support career development. Driving initiatives that improve engagement, inclusion, wellbeing and retention.
