Reporting to the Director, you will provide both operational and strategic HR guidance, ensuring compliance, managing employee relations, and supporting a positive, high-performing culture.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboardingAct as the main HR contact, advising managers on all employee relations matters (disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability)Ensure compliance with UK employment law, GDPR, and HR best practiceMaintain and update HR policies, procedures, and recordsLead recruitment activity and support workforce planningManage absence processes and HR reportingDeliver and coordinate training and development initiativesDrive employee engagement and support a positive workplace cultureProvide HR insights and recommendations to support business decisionsSkills and ExperienceProven experience in a broad, stand-alone HR roleStrong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practiceExperience managing end-to-end employee relations cases independentlyCIPD Level 5 (minimum) or equivalentExcellent ..... full job details .....
