The Opportunity The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for generalist HR enquiries, delivering a comprehensive and professional HR service across various areas. You will provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of employee-related matters, including individual support. You will offer timely and specialist guidance to line managers on people-related issues such as performance, sickness absence, occupational health, conduct, discipline, grievance, secondments, TUPE, probation, and AWOL. Additionally, you will provide comprehensive advice to stakeholders within the organisation, demonstrating a strong ability to build and maintain relationships, influence decisions, and drive positive outcomes.
