This role is offered on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 2 days a week required onsite. The ideal Senior HR Advisor will support the HR Services Manager and work in partnership with the Strategic HR and OD Partners in the delivery of an HR Advisory service to operational managers within the framework of the HR and OD service plan and the People strategy.
