Senior HR Advisor

Immediate start available for an experienced HR Advisor with a passion for Employee Relations.- Whilst this is a generalist role, around 60-70% of the role is focused on proactive employee relations and case management.- This role is being recruited on-a hybrid basis and will work closely with the-HR Director and HR team across a key client group.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume Employee Relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and conduct matters.
• Lead complex absence management cases from-start to finish-
• Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice to managers.
• Support the team on other HR activates as directed
• HR Project work-
