Whilst this is a generalist role, around 60-70% of the role is focused on proactive employee relations and case management. This role is being recruited on a hybrid basis and will work closely with the HR Director and HR team across a key client group. Key Responsibilities Manage a high-volume Employee Relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and conduct matters. Lead complex absence management cases from start to finish Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice to managers.
