This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional with a strong Employee Relations and change management background to join a small, collaborative HR team and make an immediate impact. The Role Reporting closely into the Senior HR Manager, you will provide a comprehensive HR advisory service across the organisation, supporting managers and employees across a broad range of operational HR and Employee Relations matters. You will play a key role in supporting organisational change, advising on complex ER cases and working closely with managers and Trade Union representatives to ensure effective and fair outcomes. Key responsibilities will include: Providing expert advice and guidance to managers across the full employee lifecycle. Managing and advising ER Casework - disciplinary, grievance, bullying and harassment, capability and attendance cases. Supporting formal hearings, investigations and appeals, ensuring appropriate procedures are followed. Advising managers on employment legislation, policies and best practice.
