The Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Consultant specialising in Job Evaluation to join an established public-sector organisation’s HR and People service. This role requires significant HR experience gained within a local authority, together with proven experience of undertaking job evaluations using the NJC GLP framework. You will lead and support job evaluation activity, ensuring roles are assessed fairly, accurately and consistently. Working closely with managers, HR colleagues, senior leaders and trade unions, you will provide specialist advice on role design, grading outcomes, pay structures and job evaluation processes.
