The Role is basically a little bit of everything - a true generalist positionBe the first point of contact and escalation point for all ER cases, partnering closely with the key stakeholders on best practiseReview all HR processes and policies ensuring the HR support and function is fit for purpose for business needsEnsure all HR data and reporting is up to date and accurate including all compliance and business guidelinesAdditional project anything from benefits reviews, management coaching and EVP/BrandSupport the business from an LandD perspective partnering with external.
