Senior HR Advisor

Liberty Recruitment Group is delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded organisation in the search for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Our client operates within a professional and regulated environment and is seeking a confident and commercially minded HR professional to deliver a high-quality, proactive HR service across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative HR team where you''ll play a key role in supporting managers, leading on employee relations matters, and driving continuous improvement. Based in Southampton, this role offers a salary of £45,000 - £48,000, hybrid working with two days per week in the office, and occasional travel to London (approximately once every other month). What you''ll do: Act as the organisation''s employment law expert, providing clear and pragmatic HR advice. Manage a wide range of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters. Review and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practice. Oversee onboarding, probation and offboarding processes, delivering a positive employee experience. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure timely, compliant case management.
