Senior HR Advisor

Liberty Recruitment Group is delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded organisation in the search for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join their team on a 12-15 month fixed-term contract. Our client operates within a professional and regulated environment and is seeking a confident and commercially minded HR professional to deliver a high-quality, proactive HR service across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative HR team where you''ll play a key role in supporting managers, focusing on implementing the new Employment Rights Act, ER matters, and driving continuous improvement. Based in Southampton, this role offers a salary of £45,000 - £50,000, hybrid working with three days per week in the office, and occasional travel to London (approximately once every other month). What you''ll do: Act as the organisation''s employment law expert, providing clear and pragmatic HR advice including embedding and advising on the new ERA. Review and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practice. Take the lead on ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters. Oversee onboarding, probation and offboarding processes, delivering a positive employee experience. Provide guidance and support on employee wellbeing initiatives and HR best practice. Support the delivery of LandD initiatives, ensuring training is effective and cost-efficient.
