Senior HR Advisor

The Liberty Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing organisation in the search for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join their team. Reporting into a fantastic Head of HR, you will operate as a business partner and will manage the full employee lifecycle and influence stakeholders within your own desginated area. This role will give you full autonomy whilst also being part of a cohesive and supportive HR team. Based in Chichester, paying circa £40,000 plus a very generous annual bonus and some excellent benefits. This opportunity would be perfect for someone proactive who enjoys a busy and varied role. What you''ll do as an HR Advisor: Build strong relationships with managers, providing expert HR advice and support across the full employee lifecycle Act as the first point of contact for your designated business areas, delivering a proactive HR service Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence and performance matters Support managers in applying HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice Analyse and report on HR data, providing insights to support business decision-making Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews where required Provide guidance on family leave policies, including maternity and paternity Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems Assist with payroll administration and ..... full job details .....
