Our client is a well-established organisation dedicated to supporting vulnerable individuals to secure a better future. They are seeking an experienced and passionate HR Advisor to provide clear, practical guidance on ER, wellbeing, performance and absence management to Managers and Team Leaders across the business. Based in Fareham, paying up to £36,700. You will report into a supportive and highly experience HR Manager. What you ll do: Provide expert HR advice and support across all functions to managers and staff Support the development and implementation of HR policies and best practices Manage complex ER cases, ensuring fair and consistent application of employment law Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development to attract and retain talent Advise on performance management and learning and development initiatives Ensure compliance with employment legislation and maintain up-to-date knowledge Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategy with organisational goals Direct line management for several members of the HR team The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience as an HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices Excellent interpersonal ..... full job details .....
