Senior HR Advisor - Maternity Cover Circa £55,000 + benefits Hybrid Fixed-Term LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a fast-growing luxury brand to recruit a Senior HR Advisor on a maternity cover basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR generalist to join a dynamic, high-growth business and make an immediate impact. Working closely with the senior HR team, you will provide hands-on HR support and business partnering across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Provide trusted HR advice and support to managers and senior stakeholders. Manage employee relations cases, including performance, conduct and absence. Support performance management, talent reviews and organisational change. Coach managers on people management and employee relations. Support recruitment, onboarding, engagement and retention initiatives. Work closely with HR Operations on policies, processes and compliance. Provide HR data, reporting and insight to senior leadership. About You Proven experience as a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner. Strong generalist HR and employee relations experience. CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent experience. Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach. Confident working with senior stakeholders and able to influence and challenge. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean and hands-on environment. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
