Senior HR Advisor
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join one of our clients on a part-time, permanent basis.This is an excellent opportunity for a solutions-focused HR professional to provide efficient generalist and/or specialist HR support across a complex organisation, advising managers and staff on a wide range of employee relations and people matters.Offering a salary of £39,906 to £46,049 per annum pro rata, this role would suit someone with significant recent HR advisory experience, strong employment law knowledge and the ability to manage a complex employee relations caseload.Key Responsibilities:Providing an effective and efficient generalist or specialist HR advisory service to staff and managersOffering accurate, pragmatic advice to line managers on employee relations matters including discipline, grievances, conduct, attendance and performanceCoaching and guiding managers on specific people issues, ensuring matters are handled appropriately and in line with policy and best practiceMaintaining and managing an HR and employee relations caseload to ensure cases are resolved in a timely and efficient mannerContributing to strategic people priorities, HR projects and task-and-finish groups designed to support organisational objectivesSupporting the development, review, negotiation and implementation of people policies, processes and guidanceEngaging collaboratively with key stakeholders, including senior managers and recognised trade unions, to manage expectations ..... full job details .....
