Senior HR Advisor

Contract: Permanent x1 and Maternity cover x1 Hours:There is some flexibility in hours for the right candidate. Typically, all roles will work a minimum of between 30 - 37 hours per week, across either 52 weeks or Term Time Only + 2 weeks (40 weeks per year). Flexibility in working hours may be required, with occasional work outside of core working hours (8:30am - 5:00pm), as per customer and business needs. Salary: From £35,000 (FTE) per annum, depending on experience. Location: Hybrid working consisting of remote working and the flexibility to work across educational settings in Hertfordshire and neighbouring counties as required. Working a minimum of 1 day per week from our Head office in Stevenage, Hertfordshire and as required to meet business needs. From time to time, you may be required to work outside normal business hours to support business needs, such as attending briefings and training and will be provided notice.
