You''ll also oversee and support HR Advisors and HR Administrators, helping to build capability and ensure excellent service delivery.Key Areas of Responsibility Employee Relations and Employment Law Lead on complex disciplinary, grievance, capability, attendance and organisational change cases. Provide expert employment law advice to managers and stakeholders. Manage risk through pragmatic, commercially focused HR solutions. Responsibility for key HR Projects within the HR strategy Generalist HR Support Deliver advice and guidance across the full employee life cycle.
