Your role will involve providing high-quality generalist HR support across a diverse employee population, acting as a trusted advisor to managers on a broad range of people matters.A significant focus of the role will be managing complex employee relations cases, supporting organisational change initiatives and partnering with leaders to drive positive people outcomes.Key responsibilities will include:Managing a wide range of complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance cases.Coaching and supporting managers on best practice HR processes and employment legislation.Supporting organisational change projects.
