This is an opportunity for a proactive HR professional to play a key role in supporting the organisation with complex employee relations casework and the management of attendance and absence processes. You will focus on managing a varied caseload of employee relations matters & leading on attendance management processes, and supporting managers with complex absence cases across a large, multi-site organisation which is growing in Eastleigh, Hampshire. Key Responsibilities A key focus for this role will be undertaking and managing the absence management for the organisation, which includes Coordinate and maintain the organisation''s absence management tracker. Monitor absence triggers and provide accurate reporting and insight to managers and senior stakeholders. Lead absence review meetings with managers and employees following triggers. Manage complex long-term and short-term absence cases. Liaise with Occupational Health providers on a wide range of physical health and musculoskeletal cases.
