Senior HR Advisor - Hull - 40,000 to 45,000 DOE and Quals. They are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join their HR/people team and play a key role in supporting managers through a period of growth, change and transformation at their Hull site.This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced commercial environment.Your New RoleWorking as part of a larger multi-site HR Team, you will be the Senior HR contact for this site, working alongside a HR Advisor - reporting to a HRBP at another site.Your role will involve providing high-quality generalist HR support across the employee population for this site and the wider team, acting as a trusted advisor to Managers on a broad range of people matters.A significant focus of the role will be managing complex employee relations cases, so an interest and enjoyment in ER is required.You will also support organisational change initiatives, talent management, organisational structure - partnering with leaders to drive positive people outcomes.Key responsibilities will include:Managing a wide range of complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance cases.Coaching and supporting managers on best practice HR processes and employment legislation - including running workshops for ..... full job details .....
