Senior HR Advisor
Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in organisational change, employee relations and job evaluation? We are seeking an HR Advisor / Senior HR Advisor to play a pivotal role in supporting a significant organisational restructuring programme within a Public Sector organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR practitioner who enjoys complex project work, providing expert advice to senior stakeholders, and delivering positive organisational change.The RoleReporting into the HR leadership team, you will lead and support a range of high-profile workforce initiatives, with a particular focus on:Restructuring : Leading a senior leadership restructure, including consultation processes with committees and key stakeholders.Reviewing Job Descriptions and Contracts of Employment : undertaking a review of job descriptions, role profiles and contracts of employment including using a Job Evaluation programme using the NJC Job Evaluation Scheme.Managing complex employee relations casework, including grievance, disciplinary, capability/performance and absence management cases.Advising managers on employment law, HR policy and best practice.Building strong working relationships with trade union representatives and stakeholders across the organisation.Coaching managers to develop confidence and capability in managing people issues effectively.Supporting wider HR and organisational development projects as required.About YouTo be successful in this role, ..... full job details .....
