Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact within a values-led not-for-profit organisation?We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join a busy and supportive HR team on an initial 4-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for the role to be extended or become permanent. Start ASAP in July/AugustReporting to the HR Manager, you will provide a comprehensive HR generalist service across the organisation, partnering with managers and supporting a wide range of employee relations and people-focused projects.About the RoleThis is a varied and hands-on position where you''ll play a key role in delivering operational HR support while helping to drive strategic people initiatives.Key responsibilities will include:Managing a wide range of Employee Relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, capability, performance management and investigations.Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers across the organisation.Supporting organisational change initiatives, including consultations relating to pay, hours and contractual changes.Leading and contributing to key HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.Supporting the review, development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Working closely with internal EDI networks and employee groups to promote an inclusive workplace culture.Assisting with talent management and succession planning activities to support ..... full job details .....
