Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the role bridges strategic HR initiatives with day-to-day operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity.Key Responsibilities1. HR Operations and Employee RelationsEmployee Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end employee journey, including drafting employment offers, coordinating onboarding, tracking probations, and managing offboarding.Employee Relations (ER): Serve as the primary point of contact for managers and staff on ER matters. Provide pragmatic advice on performance, absence, grievances, and disciplinary procedures in line with local best practices.Payroll Preparation: Manage data collection and accuracy for monthly payroll cycles, tracking variables like overtime, unpaid leave, and salary adjustments.Policy and Compliance: Maintain and update regional HR policies and employee handbooks, ensuring strict alignment with evolving employment legislation and data protection standards.2.
