This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy operational HR team, where you''ll play a key role in delivering a proactive and commercially focused HR service across a large site. This position offers a varied generalist remit with a strong emphasis on employee relations, supporting managers throughout the employee lifecycle while contributing to wider people initiatives and business objectives.The RoleReporting to the HR Manager, you''ll work closely with site leadership to provide practical HR support, ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policy, and help drive a positive employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert advice and guidance to managers on a wide range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance and appeal processes.Support absence management cases, working closely with Occupational Health where appropriate.Assist with organisational change and restructuring activities.Partner with managers to manage headcount planning and recruitment requirements.Support the onboarding and integration of new employees.Liaise with shared service HR teams to ensure efficient delivery of HR processes.Coach and support managers with performance ..... full job details .....
