Reporting into a strategic HR Business Partner, you''ll play a key role in delivering pragmatic HR support across a fast-paced, evolving business.This is a varied, hands-on role where your time will be focused on complexemployee relations, alongside supporting organisational change, analysing people data, coaching managers and driving consistent people practices.What you''ll be doing:Managing complex ER cases from start to finish.Coaching and influencing leaders on employment law and people matters.Supporting restructures and organisational change projects.Using HR data and insights to identify trends and improve performance.Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the UK and Europe.Supporting talent, performance and wider HR initiatives.We''re looking for someone who:Has strong, end to end employee relations experience.Is confident advising senior managers and challenging where appropriate.Enjoys working independently and taking ownership.Can balance operational HR with change and project work.Thrives in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same.This is an excellent ..... full job details .....
