Senior HR Advisor

Dalton Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity available with one of their top clients for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join a brilliant People function and support the People Director, Head of People Operations and People Business Partners in delivering a first class HR service across the business.This is a key role providing expert HR advice, guidance and support across a wide range of complex employee relations, organisational development, and HR operational matters. You will be working closely with People and Business Leaders; you will ensure HR practices are aligned; you will deliver creative and business focused people solutions and recommendations along with supporting transformational business projects. You will build and develop relationships with leaders and colleagues at all levels to provide support and guidance on a range of people matters whilst upholding best practice throughout.It''s a very exciting time to be joining the business. It will challenge you, it will reward you and no two weeks will be the same but it does require someone with resilience and an appetite for driving and supporting change, a positive "can-do attitude" and a hunger to really make a difference.Hybrid working with 3 days in the Woking offices and 2 days WFH and there will be the need for (expensed) travel to other UK offices and sites in line with business demands.
