Senior Hr Advisor

About the Role Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers across a broad range of people matters Support employee relations activity including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, performance and capability cases Work closely with managers to drive employee engagement, retention and wellbeing initiatives Assist with organisational development, succession planning and talent management activities Support change management projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the business Analyse HR data and trends to identify opportunities and support decision-making Contribute to recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring a positive candidate experience Promote a positive workplace culture and support diversity, inclusion and employee experience initiatives Ensure HR ..... full job details .....
