Senior Hr Advisor

Working closely with site leadership teams, you''ll play a key role in delivering a proactive and commercially focused HR service, supporting both day-to-day operational activity and longer-term people initiatives. The successful candidate will be an approachable and confident HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong stakeholder relationships and making a positive impact across the business. About the Role Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers across a broad range of people matters Support employee relations activity including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, performance and capability cases Work closely with managers to drive employee engagement, retention and wellbeing initiatives Assist with organisational development, succession planning and talent management activities Support change management projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the business Analyse HR data and trends to identify opportunities and support decision-making Contribute to recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring a positive candidate experience Promote a positive workplace culture and support diversity, inclusion and employee experience initiatives Ensure HR ..... full job details .....
