Senior HR Advisor (9-12 month maternity cover contract)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our People team on a 9-12 month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. This is a hands-on role for someone who has already worked at Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner level and can make an impact from day one. Hours: 37.5 hours per week Location: Hybrid. London office at least 2 days per week, plus travel to our Bracknell office twice a month or as required About the role Reporting to the HR Director, UK and Ireland, and working closely with our Chief People Officer, you''ll provide expert HR support across our UK and Ireland business and contribute to key People projects across the Group. The key elements of the role include, but are not limited to: HR technology and AI: Maintain and develop our AI-powered HR tools and knowledge bases. Drive process automation and support People analytics and reporting. People projects and change: Lead on strategic Group-wide projects, including acquisitions, HR due diligence, employee transfers, organisational design and our annual Year-End Review process.
