Working closely with the Head of People, you''ll become a trusted partner to managers across the organisation, providing guidance on employee relations, policy and organisational change while helping to create a positive people culture. Your responsibilities as Senior HR Advisor Manage complex employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability, performance and workplace conflict cases. Provide expert guidance on employment law, HR policies and best practice to managers and stakeholders. Lead and support organisational change programmes, including TUPE transfers, including due diligence, consultations and transition planning.
