We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Adviser to join our clients HR team. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level advice, guidance, and support to managers and employees across the organisation. You ll be a trusted partner, ensuring people policies and practices are applied consistently while driving initiatives that support organisational goals and enhance the employee experience. This role offers hybrid working combining office and home-based work with travel required to attend meetings, training sessions, and support teams across different locations. Key Responsibilities Provide expert HR advice to managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, absence, and organisational change. Lead and manage complex employee relations cases from start to resolution, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policy. Support workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and talent development initiatives. Partner with managers to implement effective people management practices and foster a positive workplace culture. Contribute to HR policy development, review, and implementation. Analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions. Deliver training and briefings to managers on HR policies, processes, and best practice. Travel to different sites as needed to provide on-the-ground support. About You CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience) Level 7 desirable.
