The houses are owned by Registered Social Landlords and Barnardo''s are the managing agent for these premises. All of the young people who live in the houses are 18-25 and have often moved into them as the next step in their journey to independence , having previously lived in supported accommodation with a higher level of support. Initial Specific Responsibilities We wish to identify a new team member to join our small team of reliable and high-quality workers, to lead in the delivery of the service. The successful candidate will be highly skilled at working with young people who have a range of issues. They will be able to work effectively, often on their own, regularly visiting a supported accommodation environment, to ensure the young people are safe and able to develop their independent living skills. The successful candidate will be working within a small team to provide weekly visits to each of the houses to maintain good accommodation standards and the health and safety of the houses and young people.
