Our client, is currently seeking a Senior Highway Materials Technician to join their team on a contract basis. This opportunity is based in Hampshire and demands a dedicated professional to support various construction materials testing and compliance activities.

• Conducting construction materials testing and analysis
• Handling report administration and ensuring accurate documentation
• Providing training and auditing support
• Managing relationships with staff and clients
• Supervising and coordinating the work of subordinate staff
• Ensuring compliance with CSCS and safety standards
• Driving and towing equipment as required

• Experience in the highways industry, particularly in construction materials testing
• Strong supervisory and staff management capabilities
• Understanding of relevant safety and compliance standards, including CSCS
• Proficiency in report administration and technical documentation
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Valid category B driving licence
