Design, review and assess highway engineering schemes. Ensure work complies with relevant legislation, standards and local authority requirements. Prepare and review technical reports, drawings and project documentation. Liaise with internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders. Monitor project progress and provide technical advice to support delivery. Assist with resolving engineering and design issues as they arise.
