In this role you will be central to driving design quality, ensuring compliance with technical standards and contributing to the successful delivery of schemes from concept through design to final approval. Key Responsibilities ·Support the Principal Engineer in managing and coaching design team members. ·Review and check drawings and designs to ensure compliance with standards and internal processes. ·Provide technical advice to clients and lead discussions on design queries. ·Produce design stage documents, reports, and correspondence. ·Analyse traffic data and propose appropriate interventions. ·Apply strong technical highway design processes, including Utilities (C2/C3), CDM Regulations, and Road Safety Audits. ·Contribute to design reviews and ensure deliverables meet quality and statutory requirements.
