What You Will Be Doing As a Senior Design Engineer, you will: Lead the delivery of Section 278 and Section 38 highway design projects. Manage project programmes, budgets and team resources. Prepare, review and approve technical designs and reports. Ensure compliance with DMRB, MCHW and local authority standards. Mentor and develop junior engineers. Liaise with clients, local authorities and key stakeholders. Support highway drainage design and contract documentation production. Promote innovation, quality and Health and Safety best practice.
