The consultancy works with a broad range of private and public sector clients throughout the UK, providing specialist planning advice and commercially driven solutions across a diverse range of sectors. Its areas of expertise include heritage and conservation, listed buildings, planning applications, appeals, development management, site assessments and large-scale development projects.The Role:We are seeking an experienced Senior Heritage Planner to join a successful, expanding and supportive team.Providing specialist heritage and planning advice across a varied portfolio of projects.Advising on projects involving listed buildings, conservation areas, historic properties and heritage-sensitive sites.Preparing and contributing to heritage statements, assessments and planning documentation.Working closely with clients, architects, local planning authorities and other professional consultants.Supporting the development and implementation of effective planning and heritage strategies.Taking responsibility for managing projects, deadlines and client instructions from inception through to completion.Contributing to the continued growth and development of the consultancy''s heritage planning service.Working on a range of interesting and challenging projects across ..... full job details .....
