The successful Senior Heritage Consultant will be delivering heritage advice to developers, planning consultants and project teams.Qualifications and Experience:For this position applications are sought from candidates who have a relevant heritage or conservation degree, have full IHBC Membership (or be working towards this) and who have demonstrable built heritage planning and consultancy experience.Duties:Attending site visitsBuilding and maintaining relationships with clientsDeliver strategic built heritage advice to clientsProducing Heritage Statements, Heritage Impact Assessment and related documents required to support planning or Listed Building applicationsIn return the company are offering a competitive starting salary, hybrid working, full benefits package including hybrid working, generous annual leave and pension.Interested?
