Your hours are based on a rota working every other weekend.Full time hours42 hours per weekWhat you''ll be doing

Provide direct care and support as part of a multi-disciplinary teamWork and act as a key member of the team, supporting each patient in achievement of their planned outcomesMaintain accurate, legible records of care provided, based upon the care planBe actively involved in meeting own and team objectives through encouraging and supporting othersDevelop and maintain good working relationships with residents, their families, colleagues and any relevant professionalsProvide Personal careWhat you''ll have

A genuine interest in providing the best person centre care possibleA NVQ in Health and Social care from Level 3 onwards is desirable
