We are currently operating a fast track recruitment process with next day interviews available and free DBS checks. We are recruiting Senior Healthcare Assistants on a temporary / ad hoc basis to work in various private healthcare settings, supporting service users with mental health illness''s and learning difficulties. Key Responsibilities- Managing staff- Advanced clinical responsibilities such as medication handling - Support individuals with daily living tasks- Assist with mobility and safe moving and handling- Support with meals and hydration- Promote independence and encourage choice- Monitor well being and report concerns appropriately- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans The suitable candidates will: Have worked a minimum of 6 months as a Senior HCA in the UK Have a flexible approach towards work.
