Senior Healthcare Assistant (Medication Trained) - Care homes

Resilience Personnel is recruiting experienced Senior Healthcare Assistants for flexible agency shifts in care homes across the UK, including day and night shifts.

Role responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality personal care to residents
• Administering medication and maintaining accurate records
• Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and reporting changes
• Supporting and reviewing individual care plans
• Supervising junior staff and assisting with training
• Carrying out basic clinical duties as required

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Medication Administration certificate
• Right to work in the UK
• Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Senior Healthcare Assistant in a care home
• Flexible, reliable, and person-centred approach
