Senior Health Care Assistant Gateshead Full Time Either Full Time Night Shift or Full Time Days From £12.95 - £14.00 per hour We are currently looking to recruit experienced Senior Healthcare Assistants. The Person: The following experience and characteristics are considered essential to the role: NVQ Level 3 is essential Transferrable DBS Certificate is preferable but not essential experience working within a care home environment as a Senior care assistant is essential You MUST be able to demonstrate that you have the skills and experience to perform well in this role To possess good manners and a flexible approach Ability to communicate effectively Ability to be patient and keep calm under pressure Easily adaptable to new environments Reliable and trustworthy Access to your own transport is desirable, however this is not essential Flexible to work within multiple environments on a weekly basis dependent on the requirements of our clients.
