The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, supporting their daily needs, and supervising junior staff. Duties include Deliver personalised care in accordance with individual care plans, ensuring residents'' dignity and independence are maintained. Supervise and support junior care staff, fostering a positive team environment through effective leadership. Assist residents with daily activities such as mobility, personal hygiene, medication management, and meal preparation. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, including updates to care plans and incident reports. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery. Support residents'' emotional well-being through companionship and engaging activities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including infection control procedures. Contribute to the organisation s training programmes by sharing expertise in senior care practices.
