The Role As Senior HSE Advisor, you will: Support the reduction of SHE risks and hazards across the site Deliver appropriate Health and Safety training to employees Undertake workplace inspections and audits Support the implementation of the new group SHE management system Manage reporting and escalation requirements Oversee contractors and visitors on site Implement group SHE initiatives and campaigns locally Deploy strategy and systems to strengthen compliance Complete risk assessments and lead risk management activities Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis Identify unsafe practices and conditions, driving corrective actions Champion safety culture and behaviours through hands-on engagement About You We re looking for someone who: Is passionate about Health, ..... full job details .....
