Senior Health, Safety and Fire Risk AdvisorRemote (London/Kent-Based) with Regular Site Visits 45,000 - 55,000 per annumHealth and Safety Fire Risk ComplianceWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Health, Safety and Fire Risk Advisor to join our compliance team. This is a fully remote position, but applicants must be based in the London or Kent area, as regular travel to client sites is required - particularly within the residential property sector.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed Health, Safety and Fire Risk Assessments, particularly within residential buildings.Complete Safe4site Compliance Audits, highlighting issues and recommending practical solutions.Deliver engaging, compliant health and safety training sessions to clients.Produce high-quality, easy-to-understand reports with clear findings and actions.Provide ongoing technical advice and compliance support to clients.Assist in reviewing and updating internal policies, templates, and documentationPerform quality assurance checks on reports before client delivery.Keep up to date with legislative changes and ensure services remain compliant and relevant.Occasionally support internal operations and contribute to team projects.RequirementsLevel 4 Fire Safety qualification (e.g., Fire Risk Assessment Diploma or equivalent) is essential.Demonstrated experience conducting risk assessments on residential properties.Strong understanding of UK health, safety, and fire safety legislation.Proven ability to deliver reports, ..... full job details .....
