Senior Health and Safety Manager

Ivy Resource Group are working with a well-established contractor to recruit an experienced SHEQ / Senior HandS Manager for a permanent role based in Malvern. You will lead and manage all aspects of health, safety, environment, and quality across the business, ensuring compliance, best practice, and a strong safety culture.The company:Our client is a leading regional contractor and family-owned business that has a passion for innovation and a drive for achieving excellence. They have been in business for over 30 years and work across a variety of sectors, including: Commercial, Leisure, Education, Healthcare, Residential and Retail.The Role:Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, environment, and quality management systemsConduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments across projectsEnsure compliance with statutory regulations, CDM, and company policiesLead investigations into incidents and near misses, producing reports and lessons learnedProvide guidance and support to site teams and management on SHEQ mattersPromote a positive safety culture across the organisationThe Ideal Candidate:Proven experience as a Senior HandS or SHEQ Manager in construction or commercial projectsStrong knowledge of UK HandS legislation, CDM regulations, and quality managementExcellent leadership, communication, and training skillsAble to work across multiple projects and sites, managing competing prioritiesStable career history demonstrating long-term commitmentSalary and ..... full job details .....
