Your New RoleAs Senior HSE Advisor, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining a positive safety culture while ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and industry standards. Working closely with management and operational teams, you will provide expert guidance on all HSE matters and drive continuous improvement across the business.Key responsibilities will include:Supporting the development and implementation of HSE strategies, policies and management systems.Providing expert HSE advice to managers, supervisors and employees.Promoting a proactive safety culture through coaching, engagement and behavioural safety initiatives.Conducting risk assessments, safe systems of work reviews and hazard identification activities.Leading incident, accident and near-miss investigations, ensuring effective corrective and preventative actions are implemented.Delivering HSE training, inductions and awareness programmes across the organisation.Monitoring compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation and industry best practice.Conducting workplace inspections, audits and compliance ..... full job details .....
